Distripole Delta 3 is a co-development between Delta 3 and PRD Promotion.

The project consists of 5 buildings covering a total surface area of 136,000 m² over 32 hectares. Its characteristics are a single access, on site 24 hours a day security guard on a completely fenced site. Each building for rental can be divided in approximately 10,000 m² cells.
