Distrirail Delta 3

Distrirail Delta 3 is a co-development between Delta 3 and PRD Promotion. Distrirail Delta 3 is for shippers and logisitics service providers requiring rail equipped warehousing.

The project consists of 2 buildings covering 35,000 m2 each, equipped with road access at the front and railway access at the back.

The rail tracks are linked to Delta 3‘s rail network and rail warehouse access can be handled by LCDT, the combined transport terminal operator.

All building and operating permits having already been obtained, warehouses can be occupied 9 months after contract signature.

Each building for rent can be divided in approximately 10,000 m2 cells.
