Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, why, and how long it is kept.

Data we collect

SPL Delta 3 attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy. We only collect the data strictly necessary for the operation of the site and for handling your requests.

  • Data you voluntarily send us via the contact form: last name, first name, email address, company, subject and content of your message.
  • Technical connection data: (to be completed: specify whether connection logs, IP addresses or session identifiers are kept, and by whom)
  • Audience measurement data: (to be completed: specify the tool used, or state that no audience measurement is in place)

No sensitive data is requested and the site carries out no profiling or automated decision-making.

Why we use it

Each data collection serves a specific purpose and relies on a legal basis within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Responding to your requests for information, visits or business set-up — legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in handling the enquiries sent to it.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning and security of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Measuring audience and improving the site — legal basis: your consent, where it is required.

Your data is neither sold nor rented to third parties. It is only accessible to authorised persons within SPL Delta 3 and, where applicable, to its technical service providers acting on instruction.

Retention period

Data is not kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Requests sent via the contact form: (to be completed: retention period chosen, for example 3 years from the last exchange)
  • Technical logs: (to be completed: retention period chosen)
  • Audience measurement trackers: (to be completed: lifespan of the trackers)

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and trackers

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. This site only uses the trackers necessary for its operation, in particular remembering the display language you have chosen.

(to be completed: if audience measurement trackers or third-party content — videos, maps — are used, list them here and explain how to withdraw consent)

You can configure your browser at any time to refuse cookies or delete those already placed. Refusing necessary cookies may impair certain features of the site.

To find out about your rights over your data and how to exercise them, see the GDPR page.
