L.B. Area

This program is dedicated to shippers and logisitics service providers, warehouses with railway acces.

The project consists of 2 buildings covering 35,000 m2 and 39 000 m², equipped with road access at the front and railway access at the back.

The rail tracks are linked to Delta 3‘s rail network. Rail access to the warehouse can be handled by LCDT, the Terminal operator.

In the first building, Viapost is working for Kiabi (textile).

The second building of 39 000 m² was delivered to the belgium company 2XL/ECS:  2XL/ECS handles volumes for acccount of Danone Waters and Ontex.
